Kefir cover with green tea


This highly simple cover has tonic, anti-inflammatory and lightness exfoliating.

A mask:

1 soup spoon spoon of green tea without simulated coloring agents;

1 tbsp. Spoon milk yoghurt three days;

1/3 cup water.

Making and use

Boil a water and wait for it to cool to around 80 C. Then, brew tea and let it brew for 2-3 min.

Strain the milk leaves in a few layers of cheesecloth or use a conventional strainer and combine green milk and yogurt.

Apply a mask to 3-4 layers to thoroughly cleansed face and neck skin with a cotton pad, allowing each layer to dry out a bit.
